To help us process your complaint in the soonest possible time, please make sure you include the following information in your letter:
You will send us a letter of complaint containing the necessary information listed in the previous section as well as a detailed account of the issue or concern.
The Customer Services Manager will personally lead the investigation of your complaint by looking at and analysing all the relevant factors involved.
The CS Manager will contact you within five days of receiving your complaint and inform you of the company’s response. He will provide you with a detailed explanation of how he arrived to the said conclusion. You are advised to ask any relevant question that may come to mind during the conversation.
If you wish to receive a reply by post mail instead of by telephone please indicate so in your complaint letter. You can expect to receive our response letter within 10 days after we have received your mail.
