What should I do if I want to buy in bulk?

Here at Garden Buildings Direct we are more that happy to speak to you about bulk offers. We understand the importance of getting everything you need and require, all sent and ready in one order. How can I place my order?

You can place your order via our website, or you can give our friendly sales team a call on 01909 768840 who will be more than happy to assist.

You will need to set up an account to place your order, This is where we will update you on your order.

How can I pay?

We have our own secure checkout channel that accepts MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Delta, and Maestro. You can also use our finance option available at checkout. We also accept Paypal and Amazon payment.

When will payment be taken?

The payment will be taken in place of the order.

Can I pay on delivery?

We do not offer payment on delivery, payment must be taken on the place of order.

What happens once I place my order?

You will receive an email to confirm your order, including the product, price and delivery details of your order. We will then be in contact once your delivery has been arranged.

Where do you deliver to?

We offer delivery to Mainland UK free subject to postcode. more information can be found www.gardenbuildingsdirect.co.uk/delivery.

How will the item be delivered?

Most of our deliveries are made on our own delivery vehicles, Some boxed items may be delivered by our own vehicles or by a national carrier.

When will my delivery arrive?

You can track your order online, Deliveries will take place within the time frame given.

What happens if the item is no longer available?

We will contact you to let you know and offer an alternative item. If this is not suitable for your needs a refund will be issued.

Do you assemble the products?

All our items are sold as self-assembly only.

Can I track my order?

Can I collect my order?

We do not allow customers to collect items for their own safety.

Do I need to be in for delivery?

You do not need to be in to accept delivery, Instructions can be left for the item to be left safe. It is however up to the driver's discretion to leave the item or not.

I have not received my item what do I do?

My item has missing/damaged parts what do I do?

Once you have checked your order, If any parts are damaged or parts missing you can log in to your online account and follow the on-screen instructions and we can arrange for these to be replaced for you.

I have cancelled my order but not received my refund, What do I do?

Once you have cancelled your order, or your order has been collected a refund will be issued back to you. this can take up to 14 days to show in your account.

Can I return my item if I have assembled it?

We only accept returns that are dismantled and packed as they were on delivery. Please refer to our terms and conditions. The item must not be modified in any way.

Is it safe to shop online with you?

Yes. The padlock icon near the URL box guarantees the our website is secured and certified.

Are my details shared with a third party?

No. We keep all your information away from third party suppliers and promoters. We only use our own secure server to process payments.

I cannot remember my password what do I do?

Where are my instructions?

Your instructions will have been emailed to you on the place or order, you can also download these from your online account. If you have ordered a boxed item such as a metal shed, the instructions will be in the box.

Where is my parts list?

This is emailed to you the day before delivery, and can be downloaded from your online account.

My Log Cabin has gaps, what do I do?

Do not panic, This can happen and is natural with wooden buildings please refer to page 3 of your instructions guide.

My Shed had gaps, What do I do?

Do not panic, This can happen and is natural with wooden buildings. Due to low moisture levels, the boards can contract on your building, over the next few weeks you will start to see the boards expand as the weather changes. Please see page 1 of your instructions for further information.

Can I purchase replacement parts I have damaged?

Our Sales team will be more than happy to assist you can call them on 01909 768840 or request a call back on our website.

When do I need to treat my building?

If you have not ordered a pressure treated building, we strongly recommend to assemble and treat the building within a month. We would advise you to treat the item once fully assembled.

My Playhouse door does not fit?

As per the instructions, Under EN71 regulation a door gap is left for health and safety reasons to ensure children do not trap their fingers.

We are sorry to hear you wish to make a complaint, Please get in touch with us via your online account alternatively you can call us on the number at the top of our website. Our Customer care team may request that your complaint is put in writing to us. This can be done as stated above via your online account or you can send a letter to our address that can be found in our terms and conditions. Please ensure that you include your order number so we are able to find your details much more quickly.

We don’t currently subscribe to an alternative dispute resolution scheme (ADR) as we are confident we will always attempt to resolve any complaint.

We strive to offer our customers garden buildings at competitive prices. We actively monitor the prices offered by our competitors and adjust our pricing where we can. But if you have found an identical building that is cheaper elsewhere we will try to match the price!
