We at Garden Buildings Direct take pride in our professional service, quick delivery, and great products. We always endeavour to get your delivery to you trouble-free. On very rare occasions, due to the complexity of our items, there may be some parts missing. Please note, however, that our buildings are tightly packed to prevent smaller items from falling out.
If you think you are missing something, we suggest that you cut all of the binding from your item and also turn each panel upside down to confirm. If after doing this, you’re still missing something, please refer to the parts list you have received and make a note of the part ID that’s missing. This is usually five numbers.
