The inset corner of the Dojo not only provides a unique silhouette, but also creates a protective roof overlap for the windows and doors.
The thick external cladding is designed to both add extra insulation and increase the strength and durability of the exterior - as well as giving a stylish vertical clad style.
The easy slide-in foam helps to insulate your building by containing heat within the interior, and preventing cold from seeping in.
Like the outside the inside also uses Tongue & Groove timber, perfect for either a natural feel or ready to paint, stain or decorate however you choose.
At the heart of our premade panels is our extra strong 27x44mm framing, for durability, longevity and rigidity.
Providing a flex free and stylish floor, our 19mm floor boards are perfect for longevity, holding heavy furniture for years to come. The outdoor decking area is also constructed from 19mm timber and allows for rainwater drainage.
Using the same easy install EcoQuilt foil as the roof, this helps to prevent heat loss through the floor, keeping your building warm year-round.
The base of your building is one of the most important parts, especially for preventing rot. That's why we use our strong, decay resistant 38x38mm Pressure Treated bearers to resist rot, fungus and insects.
Our durable rubber cover is designed to aid with water runoff, protect your building and is easy to install.
The 11mm thick exterior boards are designed to make the roof easy to install, while providing strength, rigidity and protection against the elements.
Using the same easy install EcoQuilt foil as the walls and floor, this aids in reducing heat lost through the roof, to ensure your building is warm in any season.
Pre-assembled interior panels form a flat ceiling, as a stylish finish whilst also creating a cavity for increased insulation.

Getting your piece of peace shouldn’t be a half-the-year thing. You want a building that you can come to when you need it, no matter what it looks like outside, and there should be comfort from the moment you step inside. That is what you’ll get with the Dojo E and its fully-insulated design.
The wooden panels come with insulation built in, with layers of multi-foil insulation inserted between the exterior and interior timber boards. This means the moment it is built, it’s already insulated!
True modernity doesn’t just come from how a building works - but how it looks, too. The Dojo E’s enticing minimalist design boasts a beautiful square silhouette with straight-line fascias. The inset glazing only adds to the look, and the placement of the inset section can be reversed to suit your garden. Behind the facade, a smooth pent roof ensures consistent drainage.
Only adding to the feeling of seclusion are the double-glazed windows and door glazing. Double glazing not only provides an additional layer of insulation, preventing heat loss and keeping the interior comfortable, but it also creates soundproof padding - separating you from the noise.
You’ll grow to rely on the Dojo E thanks to its reliable timber. All cladding, roofing and flooring is made from tongue and groove panels which click together for a seamless, smooth finish and a tight exterior seal. All this is attached to strengthened heavy-duty timber framing, with a frame thickness of 27x44mm. We also include a 10-year protective guarantee against rot, decay and insect infestation to ensure long-lasting use.
The Dojo is also separated from its surroundings on a raised timber platform. The platform keeps the main building safe from the elements, while also creating an extended area where you can sit, dine, or sunbathe. Please note that the platform is not a substitute for a properly constructed base.
You can make the Dojo your own with the unique upgrades available. Opt for pressure-treatment to improve the durability of the timber and extend your protective guarantee to 15 years. Or opt for UPVC glazing to make your building even stronger and even more stylish.
